The child watch folks didn't show up so my water aerobics instructor was kind enough to entertain the girls by having them up front demonstrating. Vala said it was best day ever and Lowell now wants to go to class with me every time so worked out for us all.
We have these cute penguins greetings us as we slither into water aerobics. It's hard to psych myself to get in water in the winter but these are a nice distraction.
