Bird Migration Highlight

With the large migration north this month, I had the joy of finding two gold finches on my feeder.
 

He's Back

Our cardinal finally returned. He brought a little red-headed friend that appears to be a house finch.
 

Dropping By

The gold finches are enjoying the water above the hummingbird feeder. They think of it as their watering hole. It is intended to keep ants out of the hummingbird food hanging below.
 

Who Needs A Hummingbird?

This little guy decided to take advantage of the water that protects the hummingbird syrup from the ants. Still haven't seen a hummingbird at the feeder.
