Outstanding performance by Indian Hills Middle School kids. We attended opening night and it was well staged, with amazing singers and everyone knew their lines. Congrats to Assistant Director Hayden and the rest of the production staff. Below, hands in before the curtain went up.

 

Sneak Peek

Lowell and Vala got to see a rehearsal of the Indian Hills Middle School production of "Newsies." Hayden is assistant director so she let us watch. A chorus member talked with the girls and we got copies of The Banner, the newspaper the Newsies produced.

Broadway Meets the Cinema

We saw "Newsies" as a movie last night. It was shot onstage in Los Angeles with members of the original Broadway cast and was great. It was like having really good seats and perfect sound to see a live show. Loved it.
