Mission Welcomes the World Cup

The folks at Hy-Vee mapped out where the competitors were coming in from and then created a welcome to all - in many languages.

 

Ready for the Freezer

Hayden and I made 8 gluten-free freezer meals in the Hy-Vee kitchen. We actually ended up with 16 meals each as the meals were intended for 4 people.

Remember the Missing Royals Player?

He's currently visiting the Mission Hy-Vee. Back in April, someone climbed a billboard overlooking Interstate 435 and took the 14-foot figure of a Royals player jumping to catch a ball before it goes over the outfield wall. On the billboard the stands were visible behind the "wall" making it easier to get the idea.
