These giant books in a Tonganoxie, KS pocket park have titles depicting people and things that are part of Tonganoxie’s history. At the middle of the mural is Dr. Phil Stevens, a family physician in town for 60 years until his death in 2015. He is looking over the shoulder of a girl trying to weigh herself in his office.
