| My friend and colleague from the Parsons Sun, Ann Gardner, received the Clyde M. Reed Jr. award for Master Editor from the Kansas Press Association. We both got a laugh out of it being a statue of Clyde, as our happiest memories were not of the tyrannical way he ran the newsroom. Not sure they captured his face but definitely his stance. |
