Dreams of the Kings

This 2,000-year-old, life-sized burial suit is from a Han Dynasty tomb in ancient China. The jade pieces are stitched together with gold wire. The theory was that the body would not decay if encased in jade. It's part of a display at the Nelson-Atkins Museum that also includes several art objects from the tombs.
