One Large Spud

Stacy is demonstrating the size of the giant Idaho potato that is touring the country. It is not, however, a real spud but created by Schofield Design in Weiser, Idaho, for the Idaho Potato Commission to celebrate its 75th anniversary. They said if it was real, it would take 10,000 years to grow and would take two years and nine months to bake. It is also 1,102 times heavier than the largest potato ever grown, which weighed in at 11 pounds. Bet you didn't know all this about the giant potato! It was visiting Union Station.
