Surprisingly, no one wiped out although Colin and his new friends got the spinner going rather fast. It would have made me nauseous.
Colin wanted the King and Queen to be together. The pieces were heavier than he expected.
Colin wanted to see the Poetry Walk signs along the sidwalk in Strang Park. We were headed to the playground but had to take this detour. (It is the same poem on the other side.) The Poetry Walk is provided by the Johnson County Library during April, which is apparently national poetry month.
Adam and I discovered the – finally – completed renovation of Strang Park, which includes a fabulous inclusive playground. Here he is on the bottom layer and, below, just above the same space. Also a look at the full play structure.
