Cindy and I took a tour of The Roasterie off Southwest Blvd. and I learned so much about coffee - the kinds, how it's roasted, where it grows, how to brew it. Fascinating. These beans are from Guatemala, as you can see. The higher the altitude where it is grown, the better the flavor. We saw how it is air roasted, how flavor is added, how it's packaged, how to brew and we got a taste. |
