Water Is Flowing

In a normal year, you'd expect the JC Nichols Fountain to be on by now but because of the stay-at-home order, yesterday was the first day city fountains were flowing, and only 3 of them at that. The Spirit of Freedom fountain along Brush Creek at Cleveland Avenue and the Meyer Circle Sea Horse on Ward Parkway were also to be turned on.
