This is in front of the Chabad house Center of Kansas City, which houses a preschool, Kosher food pantry and Hebrew school. It's on the site of the old Indian Creek pool.

Interesting Menorah made of pipe painted gold with lightbulbs as candle flames. Haven't passed it at night so don't know if it lights up.
