Round Hill at Dusk

Round Hill Bath and Tennis Club occupies a barn built of cypress wood in the early 1930s by a lumberman for storage. It was sold to developers in 1958 who used one of the surrounding cottages for an office initially. To encourage area interest, the developer offered the barn and land for the purpose of organizing a social club and then loaned the homeowners money to build a pool and two tennis courts. It remains as a central focus in the neighborhood today.
