Loving Winter
The 25-foot penguin in Penguin Park is one of the few truly appreciating our winter. He has stood in the park since 1965 (with a major refurbishing in 1996). He was created by Vernon Jones, a parks department engineer and the same person who created the giant old Santa in Gilham Park. |
